So, it has be said…we might be moving this summer. Scary business….I’ve lived in this house for 7 years. If any of y’all are crafters…y’all know what that means in terms of disorganization and junk. YES…I finally found a draw back to crafting.
At any rate…I’ve decided to spend my time getting organized. This is something that I’ve wanted to do for quite some time…now I don’t have a choice…er uh have a good excuse. So over the next months…once a week…or so I hope, I’m gonna give you some example of how I’m working towards getting my life dandruff, under control.
I hope y’all will join me…and encourage me to keep moving forward. I hope to learn from you…and you from me. AND….if I don’t come up with something…I’m gonna find a great tip for the week.
Week 1
So…for week 1…I came up with this: The other day I was looking for fabric…for my fabric organization project, and I ran across this pants hanger…empty in my spare closet. I’ve already been hanging my boots on single hangers such as this…but this was a score for me. So…for week 1….Organizing Boots!
By moving the sets to opposing sides alternately…this gives the boots more of a chance to hang more slender in the closet. Now…obviously, I didn’t take a picture of them hanging in my closet…a bit too difficult to see.
On a side note… the one issue I ran into: My wellies wouldn’t hang. I guess the fabric in them is just too slick. Otherwise…I’ve had no problems with this…and it helps get some of the bulk off of my closet floor….finished closet project…coming soon.
