This recipe for all purpose powdered sugar icing can be used on an recipe, that needs a sweet, but fairly light icing, that needs to be drizzled on.
1-1/2 Cups powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract.
In a small bowl combine the powdered sugar, milk and extract. Stir in additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until icing reaches drizzling consistency.
