Oil Painting Artist
I’m not sure that I would go as far as saying I’m an Oil Painting Artitist…but I sure have fun doing them.
This week I’ve been doing a lot of thinking…maybe a little too much. I guess my mind is reeling from the news from the Dr. I’m scared…and looking forward at the same time. I don’t want to go through surgery…but I hopeful to get the use of my hand back. At any rate…this week made me so thankful that I have the use of my right hand, and so I’ve finished up some paintings…and started new ones. I thought I’d share them with Y’all.
Keeping Watch
Somehow there is just nothing sweeter in my book that a mother and her baby….especially critters….just something drawing and soothing about that. I think that this is probably one of the most popular subjects for any oil painting artist.

This is my version of a koi. I just love being by the water. I miss my pond…and hope to have a new one here some day.

I love blooms…and I love Texas…so blooms in Texas are just the perfect match for me.

I’ve been unable to get to heavy duty projects…and I’m so sorry Y’all. I hope that this surgery makes me whole again. In case you missed it…it will be on the 25th.
