1 cup canned or jarred prepared cactus, drained, chopped
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 of a small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeño peppers
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Make It
MIX all ingredients in medium bowl.
SERVE as a dip with tortilla chips or as a condiment for chicken, pork or beef dishes.

For best flavor, prepare salsa the day before. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator until ready to use.
Special Extra
For added crunch, add 1 cup chopped jicama to the salsa.
